  • August 30 – 3 mile run, yoga
  • August 31 – 30 min tempo, shoulders & arms
  • Sept 1 – 3 mile run, legs and back
  • Sept 2 – 3 mile pace
  • Sept 3 – off
  • Sept 4 – off

September 5 – September 11 (vacay week)

  • September 5 – 6 mile run
  • September 6 – 3.5 mile run, core synergistics
  • September 7 – 6×400, chest, shoulders, triceps
  • September 8 – 3 mile run
  • September 9 – off
  • September 10 – off
  • September 11 – off

As you can see, the workout motivation declined by the end of the vacay week…oh well.
